- Get large potatoes
- Take raw king prawns
- Get Good amount of fresh parsley
- Take Paprika
- Take Salt

Instructions to make Prawns and mash:
- Make the mash. Peel, chop and boil potatoes in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare your prawns. Remove the vein, wash and dry well. When potatoes ready, mash adding plenty of parsley
- Using a pastry cutter, make mash circles. Keep warm while you cook the prawns
- Pan fry prawns in a little oil and a sprinkle of paprika for 4-5 mins. Transfer mash circles to a plate and place the prawns on top and serve with more fresh parsley 😀
Bangers and mash is the familiar term for sausage and mash, a favorite British and Irish dish. The name bangers is believed to come from the habit of sausages bursting in the pan with a bang if. Drain, then mash the potatoes with a masher or potato ricer. Stir in the butter, cream, cheese and a Top with the fishcakes and place the crispy prawns on the plate.
