In a large bowl, whisk together the tamari or soy sauce with the vinegar. Add the olive oil while whisking vigorously. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Place a grill basket on the grill and add the broccoli to it.

  5. Blanch broccoli in either chicken broth or salted water for 2 minutes
  6. Brush with basting sauce all over, if you have time place broccoli in a ziplock bag with the basting ssuce and marinate it, refrigerated up to overnight
  7. Grill over direct hest untl brown in spots and tender
  8. Serve with sriracha hollindaise sauce

Fresh herbs: If you want to add some fresh herbs to the broccoli, add them once the broccoli has cooked to ensure they don't burn. You can toss them with a little extra olive oil and the fresh herbs as soon as the broccoli comes off the grill. Balsamic: As you might imagine, grilled broccoli with balsamic is delicious. Place the broccoli on the "off" side of the grill and close the lid. Remember, every time you open the lid, you are letting all of the heat out, so keep it closed.
